1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Quoteroo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Quoteroo is a mobile application designed to help tradespeople manage their business operations. The App allows you to:
- Create and manage customer enquiries
- Generate and send quotes
- Track jobs and their progress
- Create and send invoices
- Store customer and contact information
- Attach images and files to records
3. User Accounts
To use Quoteroo, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App
- Upload or transmit harmful code or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App to infringe the rights of others
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to Quoteroo.
You retain ownership of the data you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data as required to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Quoteroo may offer paid features via auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
- Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies
- We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Continuous availability of all features
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
